TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items are either sold with a NO-DOA Warranty or AS IS.  Definitions are listed below.  If no description of warranty is listed, assume the item to be sold AS IS. 

NO-DOA: Fully tested and warranted to arrive in working condition.

• Buyer has five (5) days from date of receipt to notify us of any problems.
• Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for RMA number via eBay messaging system.
• If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact UPS to initiate a claim.

• If buyer prefers we call UPS, we would need to be supplied with a telephone number and a good time for UPS to call that number in order to contact the buyer directly.
• Item MUST be returned at buyers expense.  We will make every effort to resolve any issue via phone (972-416-3832) or email (JeffW@USTAL.com) prior to this.
• Unless USTAL has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will NOT be reimbursed
• Item must be packaged in original shipping materials or in similar packaging.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days.
• If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
• If item is found to be in advertised working condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
• Buyers’ lack of knowledge of software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.

AS-IS: These are items that we are unable to test.  We might not have the power supplies, cables, software, etc.  The bidder / buyer purchase these items at their own risk.  No warranty is implied nor given on these items.

• Items sold AS-IS are not eligible for return.

If you are not serious about purchasing this item or you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, live outside the US or do not have the money to pay for this item, we would ask that you do not bid on our auctions.  We reserve the right to cancel any bidder at any time for any reason. We provide the following Statements below to discourage irresponsible bidders from bidding on our auctions or sending us non-pertinent emails.

Any attempt to defraud this company, return products that have been tampered with or that have had parts swapped out will immediately result in a claim filed with IC3 at www.IC3.gov and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the  law.

We only ship to the 48 United States and Canada and it must be a physical address.

We send only to Billing address if you pay by Credit Card or Pay Pal.

This item is accurately presented and includes the accessories or components listed on this auction. If an item is not in the item description, it is probably not included.  Cables, power adapters, software, restore CD's etc. are not included unless expressly listed.  Please do not assume anything, CALL US if you are unsure about an item.  Batteries are not warranted.  Please expect wear and tear for normal usage.  We record the serial numbers of every part sold and shipped.  All products without a serial number are marked prior to shipment. These marks cannot be duplicated.  All major components have security stickers.  If the security label is damaged or removed, the warranty is voided.  If your intention is to buy our product and return your defective product, please buy it somewhere else.  We DO PROSECUTE.  All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds unless product received is DOA and sold with a warranty.  DOA Warranty means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you received a DOA item.  Items are all guaranteed working except notebook batteries unless stated AS IS.  In the event that an item arrive non-working that item may be returned for replacement if available or for refund if no replacement is available.

ALL shipments are insured.  Any items that are returned, MUST BE INSURED.  Any damage to returned items are buyers responsibility.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Warranty does not include misuse or mishandling of equipment. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.  All returned product must be approved by USTAL Technology prior to action. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to USTAL Technology for exchange or warranty repair.  Please allow up to 7 days for our technicians to assess your returned item.  If the product returned is found NOT defective, we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return freight.  We no longer offer a secured cross ship due to abuse.  Any reports must be done via e-mail only for tracking purposes.  Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you would be responsible for a testing fee of $35.

*Operating System RESTORE CD is not included with any system.

* Payment must be received within three (3) days of auction end.
